About the Role:
As a key member of our agency, you will be the welcoming face and voice for customers, assisting them with their needs and introducing them to valuable insurance products, including life insurance and other coverage options. Your ability to engage customers and identify opportunities to enhance their protection through upselling will be an important part of your role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the right team members.
- Assist customers by providing information about insurance products & services.
- Identify opportunities/upsell to recommend additional insurance coverage, such as life insurance, to meet customer needs.
- Manage incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable having conversations about insurance products and service options.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $46,700.00 - $62,000.00 per year
